If you don't need a computer anymore, you can remove it from the OOEMC. Removing a computer needs to be done in each module individually. If you delete a computer in the module folder O&O Defrag, then O&O Defrag will be uninstalled on the target computer, and all O&O-Defrag Jobs will also be deleted, whether they were added locally on the target computer or via the OOEMC.
