Please bear in mind that you need the Dot Net Framework 2.0 in order for O&O SafeErase to work properly; from Windows® Vista it is available as default.
Access permissions
You must be a member of your system’s local administrators group or possess comparable permissions in order to install and register O&O SafeErase. Domain Administrators normally already possess these permissions.
